Description
The Macalester-Groveland Community Council (MGCC) is dedicated to fostering citizen participation in government and community decisions to enhance the neighborhood. The council works towards making the area a great place to live, work, learn, play, and worship. MGCC offers a wide range of programs and events aimed at promoting community building, equitable development, environmental sustainability, and more.
The organization provides services and resources, including a community business directory, resources for seniors, transportation resources, and an organics drop-off site. Those interested in giving back or staying connected with the community can participate in volunteer opportunities, sign up for e-news, and learn about block clubs.
