"Будущее Белой металлургии" is an innovative educational program designed to train skilled workers for Russia's metallurgical industry. This initiative operates as a public-private partnership with the Sverdlovsk region government and the Perwouralsk Metallurgical College (PMC). Launched in 2011, the program addresses the growing need for qualified personnel amid the rise of new high-tech manufacturing facilities, such as the "Height 239" shop.

Housed in a state-of-the-art educational center in Perwouralsk, the program boasts modern training facilities equipped with advanced simulation technology and laboratories from leading global companies. Students receive hands-on experience, working with equipment reflective of future job environments, and have access to mentorship from seasoned industry professionals. The curriculum includes 14 technical specialties, incorporating both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Since its inception, the program has produced numerous graduates who excel in national skills competitions. Additionally, it offers targeted educational agreements and guarantees support for students, ensuring a well-rounded preparation for their careers in the metallurgical sector.
